Payment
We accept payments via paypal or direct deposit.
For direct deposit payments, your order will be shipped once payment is received.
Orders and Shipping
Please allow 2 – 7 business days. Shipping can take longer to non-metropolitan and rural areas.
Out of stock items please allow up to 3 weeks.
We offer flat rate shipping on most products of AUD$9.95. A selected number of larger products may incur additional shipping costs.
Exchanging an Item
At Indigo Sun we allow you to return your purchase for exchange within 7 days of receiving it. All products must be returned unused and all original packaging must be returned or an exchange will not be issued. The safe return of the product and any shipping expenses incurred, are the responsibility of the customer. We suggest that postage tracking and insurance be used. A postage fee of $15 applies for the mailing of your exchanged items.
Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is damaged please contact Indigo Sun as soon as possible via email sales@indigosun.com.au
